Daily Schedule

I am a firm believer that keeping a daily schedule with children makes the day run smooth. My group of 2's & 3's work best with the schedule below.. Every child is different so what works for us may not be best for your group or may work wonderful!

7:30am- 8:30am-:Arrival
8:30am-9am: Table Centers (Puzzles, Small Blocks, File Folder Games)
9:00am: A.M. Snack
9:20am-9:35am: Circle Time (Days of the Week, Weather, Photo Cards, Letter of the Month & Daily story)
9:35am-10:55am:  Learning Centers (Math, Art, Dramatic Play, Science/Sensory, Blocks, Reading Area and Literacy Activity)
10:55am: Clean up
11:00am: We watch Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood on P.B.S. (I run in-home Preschool and allow the T.V. in very sort amount's of time and only P.B.S)
11:30am: Lunch
11:50am-12:20pm: Table Centers
12:20pm-: Clean-up
12:25pm: Sort Story before Nap
12:30pm-3pm: Nap-Time
3pm-3:20pm:  Waking up, Potty, Quite Centers (Puzzles & Books)
3:20pm: PM Snack
3:40pm-3:55pm: Afternoon Circle Time (Weather, Songs, Story, Flash Cards)
3:55pm: Afternoon Learning Centers ( Math, Dramatic Play, Science/Sensory, Blocks, Reading Area)
5:00pm-5:30pm: Pick up & Table Centers
